Description The Senior Manager for Democratizing Music in Delaware – an important new position at The Music School of Delaware, celebrating its centennial in 2024-25 – is a vital leader within and without our community music school, dedicated to moving music forward as a fundamental human right across the state of Delaware, and fostering an inclusive community that celebrates diversity and ensures equitable access to and engagement in Music School programs for all current and prospective students, families, staff, and faculty.
