1. Manages professional and managerial human resources staff and resources to drive financial, operational, and budgetary success within the human resources department. 3. Required Skill/ability 1: Excellent project management and organizational abilities with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Skill/ability 2: Advanced knowledge of the rules and regulations set forth in ERISA.
Required Skill/ability 3: Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and strong knowledge of overall Microsoft suite and excellent reporting and analytical skills.
