The Special Events and Donor Engagement Coordinator assists in the coordination and execution of allASO fundraising and cultivation events. Responsibilities include participating in designing events,coordinating all logistics, invitation lists, tracking RSVPS, timely correspondence with donors, managingevent budgets, communicating with vendors, managing the special events spaces and contacts, as wellas being our auxiliary group liaison.This position performs a wide variety of tasks and requires excellent customer relation skills in dealingwith donors, ASO patrons, and employees.
