Job DescriptionThe Director of Membership Sales will be reporting directly to the President & CEO and is responsible for overseeing all membership growth-related activities at TXTA, including recruitment, retention, and the development and implementation of member benefits. The primary objective is to grow TXTA’s membership by enhancing the development of prospective member lists and implementing a direct engagement strategy to attract new members. The Director of Membership Sales will also collaborate with the leadership team to create marketing materials and other resources to help drive growth. Additionally, they will work closely with all TXTA Chapters and Steering Committees to promote engagement at the local level. Duties and Responsibilities
