The Executive Director of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions is a leadership position reporting to the Senior Associate Vice President (SAVP) for Enrollment Management and serves as a key member of their leadership team. The Executive Director will inspire, motivate, and equip the staff with the vision, skills, and confidence to execute an ambitious enrollment agenda for San Jose State University. Lead both the admission and student outreach and recruitment (SOAR) teams in the development and implementation of strategic plans, including the creation of actionable goals aligned to the strategic enrollment plan of SJSU.
