The Transition Management team is part of the Sales Organization within Prime Finance. The Transition Manager is responsible for project managing the onboarding of both existing client relationships, as well as new clients onto the Prime Finance Platform. Members of the Transition Management team must have a deep understanding of product and the clients they cover, be capable of issue-spotting, problem-solving, and committed to delivering a superior client experience.
