As a member of Central Accounts Payable within Procure to Pay (P2P) Services, the Accounts Payable Senior Coordinator will work in a team environment to help ensure that Central Accounts Payable processes and procedures meet and exceed customer expectations. Customer Service/Match Exception functions include proactively identifying and resolving payment problems for our departments and suppliers, resolving Match Exceptions and communicating with departments and/or suppliers of potential prevention methods and assisting the Reconciliation Lead with managing the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) rejections queue.
