Plans activities related to Care at Home platform operations in order to meet organizational objectives. Exercises judgment within defined policies to determine appropriate action. Uses professional concepts and organizational guidelines to resolve complex enterprise issues. Establishes objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinate managers. Manages and directs resources. Evaluates recommendations for new initiatives in alignment with health system imperatives. Develops, modifies, and implements strategic plans and policies that affect the development of data-driven solutions and business analytics operations. Incumbent is responsible for organizing, directing, and overseeing daily operations as well as clinical processes and procedures for the Care at Home program/service line, in partnership with the program's Medical Director and lead-Nursing Executive. Functions as a key liaison with the health system's regulatory, legal, utilization management, revenue cycle, finance, and managed care teams to ensure the programs' success. Plays an important role in the development and evaluation of new models processes within the program, as the field of care at home continues to evolve, including adapting to any regulatory changes.

Demonstrated strong conflict resolution skills
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
Experience analyzing complex information in an objective manner and derives logical conclusions to provide a sound basis for establishing priorities and selecting appropriate courses of action
Thorough knowledge of business intelligence operations, principles, policies, methodologies, and architecture.
Ability to organize operations, manage resources and drive efficiencies.
Advanced leadership skills, with the ability to create and maintain a climate of collaboration and trust.
Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking ability to analyze complex problems then formulate and apply effective solutions.
Advanced leadership, relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills, including the ability to work effectively across all levels of management and staff.
Advanced interpersonal, verbal and written communication to convey complex information clearly and concisely to senior leaders, managers and staff.
Advanced ability to motivate, influence and persuade.
Highly proficient in all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Access), BI / database applications and reporting tools.
5+ years of project management experience
3 to 5 years leadership/management experience in a healthcare delivery system, specifically in an inpatient/acute care setting, and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Master's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
