About the Position:The University of Minnesota Medical School seeks a Data Metrics Project Manager to serve in the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI). The Data Metrics Project Manager is responsible for administering the Diversity Engagement Survey and the Diversity, Inclusion, Culture, and Equity (DICE) Inventory within the Medical School and using data to create and maintain dashboards to track and benchmark key metrics for leaders.The Data Metrics Project Manager will oversee the development and implementation of assigned DEI initiatives, manage and conduct data analysis, and support research grant proposal development, submission, and ongoing maintenance. The Project Manager will collaborate with the Medical School's Research Office, parti
