Job DescriptionUnder general direction, the Process Engineer serves as an internal consultant, supporting process improvement initiatives, conducting productivity assessments and data analytics for all three mission areas (Patient Care, Research and Education) of the medical center. This position interacts with physicians, nursing, researchers, and other staff to understand the current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and assist with implementation of the proposed changes. This position is responsible for developing models to understand impact of process changes, as well as develop models for capacity analysis and space utilization.
