The Team

DWS is transforming and growing its internal information and cyber security team. As the Security Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will be at the vanguard of regulatory interfaces and control owner engagement in order to provide end-to-end assurances for DWS compliance obligations to be met.

As a compliance specialist you must have expertise/experience in managing security compliance requirements, challenging evidence provided and navigating complex organisations in order to appropriately meet organisational obligations.

As a Security Specialist (Compliance) (m/f/d) you will be

• Establishing relationships with stakeholders in order to gather appropriate evidences
• Compilation of response requirements (Cyber Resiliency Questionnaires, e-binder, KYC)
• Work closely with security personnel to ensure consistent and accurate responses
• Innovate around evidence requests to reduce burden on control owner responses per different regulations
• Scrutinise and present data on request in alignment with scheduled governance forums to support the organisational security risk view

We are looking for

• Proven experience of managing end-to-end security compliance requirements
• Proven experience in navigating and tailoring reporting to complex environments
• Experience with specific regulatory responses across Security, Technology and Business Continuity (FCA, Bafin, NYDFS, SWIFT, ISO 22301 etc)
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent stakeholder management, effective communication and interpersonal skills at both a technical and non-technical level
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
• Excellent strategic and operational business awareness, with a deep understanding of the key drivers, levers, issues and constraints of Digital businesses

• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von End-to-End-Sicherheits-Compliance-Anforderungen
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Navigation und Anpassung von Berichten an komplexe Umgebungen
• Erfahrung mit spezifischen regulatorischen Reaktionen in den Bereichen Sicherheit, Technologie und Gesch??ftskontinuit??t (FCA, Bafin, NYDFS, SWIFT, ISO 22301 usw.)
• F??higkeit, widerspr??chliche Priorit??ten und mehrere Aufgaben in einer Umgebung mit hohem Druck zu bew??ltigen
