We are seeking a Senior Adviser in Management Consulting to support our Customer Experience and Change Management practices

Within the Management Consulting Team, KPMG is looking for consultants / business analysts / project managers who combine a strong understanding of Customer Experience, Change Management practices and proven extices posure in Business Transformation projects in all sectors, from Financial Services to Corporate and Public Sector.

What you will be working on
-The design of new offerings for our cross-sector clients,
-The delivery of various types of organizational and business transformation projects
-Strategy and roadmap definition, Operational efficiency, and business process automation
-Customer experience improvement: develop and implement digital strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
-Change Management: Guide clients through the organizational changes required for successful digital transformation
-Stay abreast of the latest trends and emerging technologies in the digital space

What we look for
-You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, IT, Engineering, or any other related domain
-You can demonstrate between 1 and 3 years of experience in business analysis / project management in cross-sector industry
-You have a taste for innovation and technology, and eventually a first experience with CRM or HRIS tools
-You have a good understanding of the main challenges faced by companies today
-You have strong analytical and interpersonal skills
-You have developed excellent presentation and communication skills
-You are fluent in English and French. German and/or Luxembourgish are an advantage
