Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to design and develop curriculum and course materials that align with learning objectives and outcomes.
• Course Design: Apply instructional design principles to create engaging course content,
  activities, and assessments that promote active learning and student engagement.
• Technology Integration: Utilize educational technologies and learning management systems to enhance the delivery and accessibility of course content and materials.
• Faculty Support: Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to faculty in the effective use of instructional technology and pedagogical strategies.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Develop assessment methods and tools to measure student learning outcomes and analyze data to inform instructional improvements.
• Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure that course materials and digital resources are accessible to all students, including those with disabilities, by adhering to accessibility standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to maintain consistency and adherence to instructional design standards.
• Learning Analytics: Utilize data and learning analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of course design and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Innovative Practices: Stay current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical
  trends to suggest innovative solutions for enhancing teaching and learning.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and other instructional designers to align course design with institutional goals and objectives.

Required qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Learning Sciences, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in an instructional design role.
• Proficiency with instructional design methodologies and principles.
• Knowledge of educational technology tools and learning management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
