Client Data Management (CDM) is responsible for provision of operational support and management of Party (Client) Reference data to facilitate know your client (KYC) and enable client business and trading relationships and associated downstream processes including Regulatory and Tax obligations. CDM is driving the Group Party across Corporate Bank (CB) & IB, the key elements of this strategy are: providing a single, authorized source of Party (cRDS) to all areas across CB IB, that contains accurate and complete Party Data with full coverage; distributing the common Party data elements/attributes across the organization to ensure a single identifier is used front-to-back and there is consistency, alignment and common usage of Party data attributes front-to-back; identifying and aligning common Parties, and their associated common attributes, across the Group (CB, IB, Capital Release Unit (CRU) & Postbank or Private Bank (PB)). You will be responsible and accountable for the realization of the intended outcome and value of the program. This requires you to design suitable projects to deliver the required outputs whilst managing the costs to budget, delivering the Business benefits according to plan, identifying project delivery risks and proposing mitigations as required. You do this by managing project managers and utilizing steering boards for decision making.

What You'll Do
Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
Plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes
Developing a budget and operating plan for the program
Deliver program objectives in line with agreed scope, objectives and outcomes
Direct and matrix management of a change team

Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
Analyzing program risks
Skills You'll Need
Extensive relevant experience in delivering complex change programs
Track record in delivering in both direct and matrix environments
Some experience in regulatory projects, preferably global/cross product
Proven experience as program manager or other managerial position
Operations and Technology change delivery focused

Credibility with senior people (Directors / Managing Directors)
Excellent communicator - verbally and in writing; strong influencer
Commercial acumen - business case driven

Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $96,000 to $140,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
