The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine offers three dynamic MBA programs - plus PhD, specialty masters and undergraduate business degrees - that prepare business leaders for our digitally driven world. The Specialty Masters Programs department includes the following 4 programs: Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc), Master of Finance (MFIN), Master of Business Analytics (MSBA) and Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MIE). The department includes Recruitment and Admissions, Program Services and Career Services teams.
The Program Administrator, Specialty Masters Program Services, is a member of the team charged with academic advising, student services, and career management for the Specialty Masters Program at The Paul Merage School of Business. Under the general supervision of the Senior Program Administrator, Program Services, the Program Administrator is responsible for student advising and program services, working directly with students (both domestic and international) in the program from post-admission through graduation. Responsibilities include academic advising and program coordination/management.

$24.71 - $26.34 (Hourly Rate) Expected Pay Range within the Full Salary Range $24.71 - $41.86 (Hourly Rate)
Required:
Minimum of 1 -3 years' work experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
Ability to multi-task; verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills. Multicultural competencies; ability to work with diverse populations. Ability in problem identification and reasoning. Skills in service orientation, organization, active listening, and critical thinking.
Preferred:
Knowledge of advising and counseling techniques. Knowledge of University-specific computer application programs and pertinent databases. Basic knowledge of student immigration and visa processes pertaining to international students and scholars. Knowledge of University processes and procedures. Understanding of University rules and regulations.
Special Conditions Required:
Must be able to work some evenings and weekends Hybrid position with some onsite work expected each week.
