The Senior Transition Specialist supports the Transitions, Property Management, and Internal Operations teams throughout the onboarding and offboarding processes while providing high level expertise and guidance. â¯As part of the Transitions team, the Senior Transition Specialist is also involved in special projects, client pitches, regional operations support, department initiatives and oversees data integrity in all department tools and systems. Within TQC Transitions, the Transition Analysts and Transition Specialists report to the Sr. Transition Specialist. Â
Job Description
ACCOUNTABILITIESâ¯Â
May be responsible for one or more of the following:â¯Â
â¯Â
Lead a team of Transition Analysts and Transition Specialists providing support, professional development, and employee training Â
Assist in large and/or unique transitions providing expert review and analysis to ensure success for the property management team and client satisfaction  Â
Complete internal audits to ensure data integrity, financial review, current transition capacity, high profile markets and/or clients and transition healthÂ
Assist TQC department in annual goals and initiatives, career building, and ad hoc projects Â
Participate in client pitches and provide support to business development teamÂ
Lead high level overview presentations to internal teams on current transitions, high profile/unique transitions and specific ancillary service notes Â
Support and frequent communication with regional operators at higher level to assist with efficient transition processes and setup Â
Complete department tool updates and continually monitor to capture process changes and best practices Â
Effectively communicate transition overview, employee team notes, and project status to TQC manager and leadership Â
Proactively identify and initiate change management processes to improve workflow for transition, internal and property management teamsÂ
Preliminary financial acumen to assist with financial data and department forecasts and analysisÂ
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSâ¯Â
Bachelor's degreeâ¯Â
3+ years of relevant experienceâ¯Â
Or any similar combination of education and experienceâ¯Â
Experience in Multifamily real estate/Property Management, basic accounting knowledge, including understanding Property Management operations and property onboarding and offboardingÂ
Experience with property due diligence is an additional benefit Â
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlookâ¯Â
Experience with Smartsheet is an additional benefit Â
Ability to understand, interpret, and abstract complex real estate data and terminologyÂ
Effective time management skillsâ¯Â
Detail oriented, organized, and thoroughâ¯Â
Project Management skills to lead and execute on deliverablesÂ
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer serviceâ¯Â
Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to workâ¯Â
Excellent oral and written communication skillsâ¯Â
