Title - Sr. Manager of Electronic Records Management
Location (Preferred): Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; Columbus, OH or Richmond, VA

Position Description
In this Sr. Manager role, you will apply advanced-level electronic records, systems, and content management experience to an established but changing RIM environment. Supporting the ongoing evolution of McKesson's records and information governance program, you will face and solve traditional RIM issues, overcome new challenges in information governance, and hone your leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will be both a strategic-thinker and a tactical-implementer who is looking to work and grow with a seasoned team of RIM and other allied professionals. You will actively participate in the daily operational program work, as well as identify and help implement efficiencies, enhancements, and improvements to the program. The position is a balance of doing the work today and strategizing to help guide the future of the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, advocate, and assist implementing appropriate approaches to managing content and records in all locations, including, but not limited to M365 and family of applications (i.e, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, Purview, etc.), other cloud file storage solutions, and structured systems
- Work with the RIM team and other stakeholders to implement projects such as managing content repositories, electronic collaboration and communication management, implementing lifecycle management, and integrating new acquisitions
- Independently support e-Records and content management projects and work at an expert level
- Develop resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity
- Assist businesses with developing and implementing records management processes and workflows; develop training for key content and RIM technologies and processes
- Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders on the management of electronic content
Critical Skills
- Expert-level of experience, knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 environment, applications, governance, and managing content lifecycles in such environments
- Expert level understanding of RIM concepts; Able to easily instruct on these concepts
- Diplomacy, including the ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor and to build strong relationships and networks
Additional Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to analyze records management-related laws, regulations, and standards
- Project management experience
- Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and concisely across organization levels and build effective working relationships
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Strong time management, organizational and priority setting skills
- Active participation in professional associations, such as ARMA, ICRM, AIIM, and/or IAPP preferred
- Professional demeanor and comportment

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Master's Degree or professional post-graduate degree (preferred)
- Degrees in areas associated with RIM are preferred (i.e., information science, data analysis, library science, data science, law, etc.)
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in RIM, information governance, or a related field
- Relevant work experience in complex programs that included working as a RIM/IG team member with some leadership and project management responsibilities
- Experience in a large regulated corporate environment preferred, along with ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization
Certification
At least one professional certification in, or closely related to, information management and/or governance is highly preferred. Examples include but are not limited to: Certified Records Manager (ICRM), Information Governance Professional (ARMA), Certified Information Professional (AIIM), privacy certifications (IAPP), project management certifications (PMI).

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$100,800 - $168,000
