Supports and participates in an emerging institutional effectiveness framework using data to inform decision-making; works as a member of a team dedicated to providing data and access to information for institutional awareness and feedback to improve processes, procedures, and outcomes of diverse types; collaborates and consults with others to assure timely reporting and assessments for accreditation, state, federal reporting as well as institutional improvement.
Responsible for assigned areas with regards to state, federal, and institutional data reporting as well as working within an emerging data governance framework to participate in data validation/cleansing to assure data integrity that links to overseeing procedures and protocols documentation supporting the development of standardized and ad hoc reporting, including information sharing and dissemination strategies.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Supports and participates in Higher Education Information System (HEI) student enrollment and faculty/staff reporting.
Supports continuous quality improvement efforts for reporting and analysis as well as for analytics and data integrity efforts.
Collaborates with office associates and others across campus to assemble and utilize data to inform decisions.
Develops, implements, maintains, and executes routine standardized and ad hoc reports and common data sets.
Documents procedures and protocols.
Other Functions and Responsibilities: Performs other related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday.
Supervision Exercised: May exercise supervision over student employees.

Minimum Qualifications: At least a bachelor's degree; experience in data aggregation and analytics; database creation, data analysis, computer programming, and enterprise level programming; working with data management computer applications, relational databases, or large datasets; expertise in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree; experience in Institutional Research, higher education and working in data analytics and/or educational institutional data analysis and reporting; knowledge of Banner and other enterprise systems; experience with standard reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, etc.
