The College Readiness Liaison is responsible for coordinating the outreach and delivery of services to the grant partner high schools in Burlington County. The Liaison is responsible for working with the identified high schools, connecting the students within the grant to educational opportunities through the college, and ensuring grant activities are connected to the larger college work around college pipeline initiatives. The Liaison promotes a positive and professional climate among staff and collaborates with other functional areas of the College.

1. Establish connections with the high school faculty and administration connected to the grant to enhance levels of service and improve student transition to college.
2. Create and facilitate an outreach and event calendar with teachers, college faculty, high school programs and parents in concert with grant parameters.  
3. Facilitate the individual student application process with each high school in coordination with The Coordinator of Pipeline Initiatives and the Registration Office utilizing the most up to date systems.
4. Develop the schedule for pre and post testing for all students identified by the high school for participation in this program.  
5. Collaborate with high school, Coordinator of Pipeline Initiatives, and college staff to develop college transition programs and facilitate all aspects of the grant required programming.
6. Collaborate with Marketing to create and update branded collateral for print, e-mail, and digital as needed to promote the current program and educate students, parents and teachers on the college readiness goals.
7. Track and compile all data needed for grant related requirements and complete all grant related paperwork in conjunction with the Coordinator of Pipeline Initiatives.
8. Review and recommend, in consult with high school and college faculty, new methods for instruction that improve student attainment of college ready skills and preparation for college transitions.
9. Assist with the tracking of students who enroll in the college after completing the college readiness program.
10. Ensure quality, timely customer service to the teachers, administrative staff, students and parents within the program.   
11. Engage and assist with other Division activities and programs to increase awareness of full college offerings and assist with providing accurate information on college services to incoming CRN students.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Required:
Associates Degree required; Bachelors preferred  

Experience Required:
One to two years' work experience with some responsibilities for communication to customers, clients or vendors.

2. Skill in developing and managing outreach efforts to a variety of diverse audiences

5. Comfort and familiarity with collecting, analyzing, and reporting data
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
