Qualifications
Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Business Analytics department with supporting new and existing systems along with ensuring data consistency and integrity for construction and other reporting.
Essential Job Functions:
Ensures data consistency and helps monitor integrity of data in construction reporting
Primary contact for asset management for construction reporting
Ensures a consistent, professional flow of communication between corporate, regional, contractors, and project staff
Provide monthly reporting on status of open Construction projects related to OCB timeline schedule and budget.
Host project update calls as needed, ensuring all appropriate parties are informed of timeline or budget concerns or exceptions.
Manage the gathering of pertinent information to interpret and perform trend analysis on project
Build analysis on current projects and initiatives to find best practices
Monitor success metrics for initiatives for full portfolio
Analyze active and prior projects to improve spend and enhance reporting and overall profitability of the business
Value engineer projects to reduce project timeline and/ or reduce expenses when possible
Assist on collection, cleaning and analysis of data
Documents frequently asked questions on Business Analytics platforms
Tracks issues and enhancements for existing platforms in project management software
Supports the BPS department with maintaining data structure, collecting and entering data and maintaining data
Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelorâ™s Degree in computer science, mathematics, business management or comparable work history
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom and Outlook
Advances analytical skills with experience organizing and disseminating information with accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present findings in a polished manner
Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers
Work Schedule:Â 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, or as needed to meet business needs.
