The Wharton Global Youth Program is seeking an Admissions and Enrollment Manager to oversee the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of students, including the enrollment of a more diverse and inclusive student body. The Admissions and Enrollment Manager will develop, communicate, and oversee processes and goals associated with CRM and application development and implementation, and will manage the admissions funnel, data workflow, and end user experience. The Manager will also evaluate credentials of student applications for admissions, track and report on intake statistics, and coordinate communications and messaging relevant to admissions and enrollment procedures. This position will serve as an integral member of the Wharton Global Youth team.
Liaise with Global Youth leadership, Wharton Computing, and Salesforce developers to establish goals and define data and platform needs for development and build of new Salesforce implementation
Oversee multi-phase project implementation, to include: streamlined program(s) application, admissions review module, data collection and reporting, dashboard creation, and financial processing
Manage evolving list of data needs, platform objectives, and end user experience goals to ensure successful execution
Admissions & Enrollment Management
Lead revision of annual application process (decision letter language, application form and requirements, essay prompts, academic criteria and prerequisites, application timelines, instructions, and evaluation rubrics) to ensure positive end user experience throughout customer journey
Establish best practices and process documentation for application review and decision-making; oversee admissions committee (audit review progress/audit decisions, reassign applications as needed, conduct cohort-building process)
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise graduate student application reviewers on seasonal basis
Establish enrollment targets per program; manage program wait lists; oversee session change requests; build enrollment reports and student rosters
Data Management
Develop and maintain systematic data collection procedures within Salesforce to capture YoY intake statistics, attrition rates, feeder schools, and opportunities for increased engagement
Prepare end of year annual reports and submit periodic programming reports to necessary stakeholders
Utilize Salesforce reporting features to build visual data dashboards to summate application and enrollment trends by program type
Oversee collection of student survey data to implement quality improvement practices
Recruitment & Retention
Develop and implement a strategic recruitment and retention model designed to drive program awareness and foster multi-year student engagement
Expand and execute existing efforts to increase diversity and access within programming
Lead student recruitment efforts, including organizing information sessions, attending recruitment events and fairs, presenting to various stakeholders to aid lead generation and strategic marketing efforts
Liaise with Marketing Director to highlight new programs and initiatives, promote under-sold programs, and create marketing collateral tailored for select audiences
Program Operations Support
Administratively support program and course delivery on as needed basis, to include: triaging student technical and program inquiries in ZenDesk, coordinating program purchases and deliveries, supporting summer lecture series
Manage the online course Canvas enrollment workflow

QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelors Degree and 3-5 years professional experience working within higher education is required.
A Master’s degree within education or a related field is preferred, though not required.
Experience working with high school students and/or within the admissions field is strongly encouraged.
Strong interpersonal communications, organizational skills, and attention to detail will be necessary for this position.
Experience with Salesforce, ZenDesk, Canvas, and Qualtrics are also strongly encouraged.
