Marketing and Digital Engagement Coordinator (remote)
As the Marketing and Digital Engagement Coordinator for the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI), you will produce and execute email and social media campaigns for a variety of audiences, including members, prospective members, industry, and products (e.g., events, journals, conferences, webinars, newsletters). You will be essential in making sure the most relevant content is delivered to the right audience when they need it, supporting our mission to lead the global interventional cardiovascular community through education, advocacy, research, and quality patient care.
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Communications, you will work on a highly collaborative small team and interact regularly with SCAI staff across the organization. You’ll coordinate all aspects of our email and social media campaigns, from scheduling, testing, and getting approvals to curating and editing content (in partnership with staff) and tracking performance. We are a high-volume shop and send communications to various audiences daily, so your ability to handle a diverse workflow and accurately deliver on our complex messaging schedule will be integral to your success. We have efficient procedures in place, but we welcome new ideas to further refine how we can deliver across audience segments and amplify the impact of SCAI’s work.
How You’ll Make an Impact
SCAI transforms lifesaving innovation into lifesaving action by providing cutting-edge, high-quality education for interventional cardiologists and their teams. Your efforts will ensure that patients have every opportunity to receive quality cardiovascular care, addressing one of America's most important health issues.
You will support marketing campaigns and communications for membership recruitment and retention, the annual meeting and educational event promotions, and online properties, all to raise the organization’s value among interventional cardiologists and healthcare professionals.
You’ll play an integral role in building capacity for our growing Marketing and Communications team and have ample opportunity to develop your professional skills (e.g., writing/copywriting, strategic campaign management, data analysis, etc.).
Work Environment, Salary, and Benefits
This role is fully remote, with the option of a compressed schedule after one year. You will work with smart, collaborative, energetic, hard-working colleagues committed to delivering a solid work product. We have well-defined operating procedures, an outstanding onboarding process, and regular team check-ins to support you. SCAI employees gather in-person three times per year for staff retreats.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $55K - $60K with a robust benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance; flexible spending account; tuition reimbursement; generous PTO (vacation, holiday, sick); retirement plan with 10% employer contribution; short-term and long-term disability insurance; transportation reimbursement, and more.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion are core values of SCAI’s mission to increase access to quality interventional cardiovascular care by cultivating a specialty and society that is representative of every community.
