We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Manager of Data Integrity and Analysis who will guide the development and continuous improvement of HR systems, reporting and data analysis. As an integral member of the New York Medical College (NYMC) HR department and the Touro University Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) team, the Manager will administer HR systems and leverage technological capabilities to streamline data management and produce meaningful metrics to drive the decisions for HR and client groups. This role expects a high degree of collaboration with HR Business Partners and is expected to contribute to new projects, troubleshoot, triage, and provide stellar client delivery services for HR related issues. The position is located on the NYMC campus in Valhalla, NY and reports to the Director of HR. In addition, the Manager will dually report to the Director of HRIS for Touro University.

Responsibilities
Partner with the HR team to provide technology solutions needed to grow and improve our core business processes and needs; evaluate requirements, research solutions, and advise stakeholders on best practices and considerations when making decisions.
Apply methods to analyze trends in existing data to support clients and HR teams in identification of core issues and collaborate on solutions and strategies.
Construct data sources in Oracle and MS|SQL pertaining to Recruitment/ Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, and Organizational Structure.
Manage report requests, modifications, and development, and maintain organization of existing published reports for HR teams and senior leadership.
Utilize Tableau to develop and distribute data visualization tools (i.e., Reports, Metrics, Dashboards, and Analytics).
Oversee specification developments for all file transfers to and from HRIS and support HR processes and technical solutions, such as the Applicant Tracking System, the Employee Development Program, and mandatory HR Training modules.
Represent HR department on the TCUS Data Governance Committee and manage the Human Resources module of the Online Report Directory.
Manage Duplicate Identity/Record Remediation.
Serve as project manager for employee data and position control clean-up projects.
Provision security access to self-service Payroll and Position Control applications in HRIS to functional users as necessary and appropriate.
Support HRIS system implementations, upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects, and perform Non-Production HRIS instance testing.
Be the visible and active voice of the client for performance impact, measuring KPIs, optimizing the existing assets, identifying gaps and monitoring system performance.
Own the standard software configuration, training for the HR systems and minimum level of acceptable testing for the additional HR SaaS solutions deployed via cloud.
Ensure that the system configurations meet all security and compliance requirements.
Provide second-level contact and end-user support for all.
Qualifications
Education Requirement:
Requires a Bachelor's degree. A Master's Degree or other advanced education with an emphasis in Technology, Data and Analytics, Business, or Human Resources is preferred.
Technical/computer skills:
Technical expertise with the following technologies: Tableau, PL/SQL, SQL Server, Ellucian Banner, or other enterprise resource planning software.
Experience with Microsoft Windows automation scripting with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, preferred.
Experience in HR processes, systems, and technology (including Banner), preferred.
Prior Experience:
5 or more years of information systems, data management, analytics, or Human Resources experience, including working knowledge of HR service delivery.
Experience in higher education preferred.
