Position Description
The Proposal & Contract Intern is responsible for helping the Proposal & Contract team on projects which guide the sales team and other key stakeholders on deal strategy and structuring the strategy for highly complex MHS, CP&H, Provider Solutions, and cross business unit deals. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Contract Development. This is a sales support role and from time-to-time support may extend beyond that of contracts. This is a hybrid position that requires occasional visits to the office in Irving, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with proposal and contract development duties.
- View reports and dashboards to help identify trends.
- Partner with stakeholders to recommend best approaches and escalate those terms to the appropriate business partners timely.
- Provide project management support ensuring that deal terms are clear and complete for efficient engagement of Legal Department resources.
- Help manage contract communications between sales, legal, and other business partners, including persistent follow up when warranted.

Actively enrolled college student pursuing a business degree (or related field)

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$17.33 - $28.88
