Workplace Experience Leadership
- Partnering with business unit leaders and MRE Business Partners to drive business priorities as it relates to the guest services and workplace experiences within their facilities (offices, distribution centers, or medical offices) as well as HR (Human Resources) initiatives
- Responsible for the ongoing assessment and planning for the workplace and facility requirements and needs related to the experience functions
- Maintains and creates processes to support the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained facility as it pertains to the experience functions
- Indirectly manages MRE team and our outsourcing partner to roll out and manage programs. Drives consistent, quality, service through supervision of other employees and third parties supporting multiple Workplace Experience Services
- Provides support within the Facilities team through utilizing tools & processes that ensure a positive workplace experience is achieved each day
- Develops and manages all user-facing services (such as wellness and fitness-related programs, whether internal or through 3rd party providers).
- Develops needs and opinions on food and beverage and all other amenities supporting workers, clients, and patients
- Event management support: Engagement with the events organization as key partner.
Facilities Management Leadership:
- Manages vendors to ensure that the services we support deliver timely and quality products and services
- Works closely with MRE operations to understand service contracts
- Provides insight to Facilities leadership on current vendor performance
- Track financial costs of experience offering to ensure we are achieving financial goals
- Provides inputs to stakeholders within MRE to facilitate strategic planning and decision points
- This role will also be the subject matter expert for all services and functions related to EFM and have the knowledge and experience of the user facing impacts. They will oversee key programs and initiatives.
- This role will also serve as our communication point of contact to various teams within our business units and overall enterprise. They will make improvements to our relationship management of our vendor partners.
- This role will be the partner with their leader to align FM models to build environment type and facilitate change management with our sourcing organization to meet our evolving strategy.
- This position leverages 3rd-party service contractors (and staff supporting the overall Executive Facilities Management (EFM) team (Industrial and Office) to execute day-to-day activities and to deliver value-based services.
Operations / Delivery Partner
- This role is a key partner with our operations organization in improving and optimizing our procedures and processes.
- This role supports enterprise program strategies and business unit objectives. This role acts as the single point of contact for MRE Operations team to contact for discussions on Process, Governance, Reporting, Technology.
- Subject matter expert for the service line, able to represent requirements towards Operations, and jointly develop solutions. Assists with implementing initiatives of common interest, communicating developments, and providing feedback.
Technology Representation
- Supports all existing experience-related technology and participates in development/expansion of built environment user-facing technology
- Collaborates with company and client IT teams to assess technology, training needs, on-site support and implementation of program(s), training, and tools for and clients
- Collaborates with IT to ensure IT-components of the workplace are operating as intended and develops processes to ensure ease of technology use
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Critical Skills/Business Experience -
- 9+ years Experience working as a Workplace Real Estate professional in Industrial and Office settings such as: headquarters, hotel, retail, distribution, industrial etc. across multi-stakeholder, matrixed environments on a global scale to achieve objectives noted above.
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives, versatile abilities, and extreme attention to productivity.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
- Ability to prepare presentations as needed, including written reports, manuals, speeches, and articles for focused audiences at all levels internal and external to MRE.
- Ability to curate persuasive executive summaries on complex topics to internal and external audiences.
- Use an elevated level of attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people. Warm and engaging demeanor. Ability to assess circumstances, empathize and offer help.
- Have a positive attitude and a powerful sense of urgency in resolving any issues that may arise.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products.
Preferred, Specialized Knowledge/Skills -
- Comfortable with and embracing recent technologies and digital tools, such as Apps, databases, fiscal management, work order management, social networking, cloud technologies, handheld mobile technologies and applications, and communications.
- Ability to work in multiple software platforms and learn and retain technical software applications quickly.
- Deep organizational and project management skills.
- Must work well under pressure with multiple deadlines and demonstrate a proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrences.
- Strong problem-solving skills. Highly adaptable and flexible.
- Ability to lead through others and influence with varied degrees of authority.
- Extensive experience in data analysis and budget management
- Display of developing creative solutions for workplaces from inception to full delivery
- RFP creation for built environments from model creation to implementation
Education -
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work and/or equivalent work experience
- CFM, RPA or MCR or similar built environment credentials
Working Conditions -
- Environment (Office, Distribution Centers, Medical Offices, etc.) - General Office Demands
- Remote / Work from Home and hybrid in-office presence with 30% domestic travel
- Preferred market to be based is in Dallas TX, and/or other major markets where McKesson Corporation portfolio resides
- Ability to work flexible work schedules based on business needs.
- Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) - General Office Demands
- Ability to work in a standing position, significant walking or through other means of mobility for extended periods of time through site visits or inspections

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$104,000 - $173,300
