Description

Key Duties, Primary Responsibilities:

• Administratively managing multiple programs in the DOM Cardiovascular Division

• Coordinate with vendors, faculty, staff and the public

• Project management and logistics
• Fiscal management of grants and other funds.
• Develop program objectives and responsible for achieving objectives
• Supervise staff as needed
• Actively maintain access to large datasets and biobanks
• Ensure the implementation of security protocols to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the data
• Ensure compliance with security requirements outlined in the data user agreements

• Design the overall structure and flow of clinical research data systems with a focus on security.

• Monitor user access and activities to prevent unauthorized data access.

• Manage user identities, roles, and permissions. Review and modify access controls based on evolving research needs and staff roles.

• Educate team members and increase awareness of best practices to improve the security of data
• Perform other duties as assigned

Annual Salary Range - $41,175 - $66,915
