Job Description Summary: The Senior Development Associate reports to the Associate Vice President in University Advancement and works directly with the leadership in Student Affairs to support overall fundraising efforts for the area. This role will work collaboratively with annual giving, stewardship, data management, and other central operations teams to support the processes associated with maintaining successful relationships with prospects. This includes executing unit stewardship plans, communications, OU fund drive, annual day of giving, fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities, and other leadership annual giving solicitations. Will manage a portfolio of donors with a focus of gifts between $1,000 and $24,999. This position will be metrics based.
