The Senior Industrial Engineer will work closely with Operations Leadership to execute strategic priorities in the business. The IE is responsible for ideating, developing, supporting, and executing projects that will improve our warehouse and plasma operations. The IE will lead detailed engineering activities on facility/WMS/process/operational changes, from conceptualization to implementation; develop process flow maps, develop material storage and handling specifications, set up and lead internal and external collaborative meetings, works with vendors to obtain quotes (if necessary), and manage full project lifecycle by leveraging project management software such as Smartsheet.
