APAC/EMEA CGW Technology Workforce Planning Analyst is a senior level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business related to all aspects of workforce planning. Workforce Planning Analyst may coordinate and manage activities such as the tracking of business hiring, employee headcount and other administrative needs. May manage ad hoc projects as requested.
Responsibilities:
Acting as a main point of contact for all APAC/EMEA corporate partners including Finance, Procurement, HR, Recruitment, Legal, Risk & Controls, etc. for all items related to CGW Technology Workforce Planning
Acting as the regional representative of Global PBWM Technology Workforce Strategy and planning team
Advance organization / people strategy goals including communications strategy, talent strategy, and employee engagement initiatives
Partner with APAC/EMEA technology managers to support any workforce related initiatives - hiring, location strategy, campus programs etc.
Assist leadership / Chief of Staff in promoting and executing communications and hiring programs
Assists our Senior Management team with clear reporting related to headcount, hiring, attrition, etc.
Participate in People Engagement Working Group and promote Voice of the Employee (VOE) communications
Participate in leadership meetings to assess scope of communications needs, educate leadership on strategy, and make recommendations for achieving desired impact
Leverage technology and tools to enable communications and generate excitement and interest in risk communications
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
5 to 7 years of related experience in Business Management / Project Management roles within international financial institution
Headcount and financial forecasting experience
Highly proficient in MS Excel and Power Point
Critical and analytical thinker
Ability to prioritize quickly and manage to deadlines with a sense of urgency
Strong communication skills, as the role requires coordination across multiple teams
Flexibility in consistently changing environment
Previous experience in working with IT departments would be an advantage
Education:
Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
