We are currently seeking an experienced Projects Coordinator to join our Hamilton Branch.
Reporting to the Hamilton Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of trade projects on our existing and new corporate clients' property portfolios.
This role would suit an existing Project Coordinator with pricing and project coordination experience looking for a new challenge or an experienced Administrator with excellent coordination skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Provide administrative support to project managers, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling project-related paperwork.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans and schedules.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Create and maintain project documentation, including Gantt charts, project timelines, and budgets.
Function as a central point of contact for project team members and stakeholders.
Facilitate regular communication and status meetings.
Prepare and distribute project status reports and updates.
Ensure that project information is shared effectively among team members.
Coordinate and allocate project resources, including personnel and materials.
Track project tasks and milestones to ensure they are completed on time.

Monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Being able to articulate ideas, create reports, and facilitate meetings effectively is essential.
Software Proficiency: MS Project, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel. JDE E1 knowledge is a strong advantage.
Must be a good communicator, both written and oral.
Must have excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks, documents, and timelines simultaneously.
Attention to detail is critical to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
The ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues, project managers, and stakeholders is vital.
