What Customer Contract Administration contributes to Cardinal Health Sales Administration/Operations is responsible for supporting the sales organization and driving operational excellence in order to achieve the strategic and sales objectives established by the sales organization. This includes sales tools/productivity improvement, customer contract administration, business metrics/analytics, and rewards architecture.
Customer Contract Administration is responsible for responding to RFIs and RFPs and coordinating administration of customer contract terms and conditions across multiple areas to maximize contract value.
Job Summary
The Consultant, RFP Management (GPO) role is responsible for the project management of RFI and RFP processes to meet internal and external deadlines across multiple pharmaceutical segment sales teams. Where applicable, when the GPO RFI or RFP requires a contracting agreement, this person will be responsible for the development of the customer contract and redlines. They are responsible for making sure the RFP library is up to date, leading strategic writing and editing of content and working with subject matter experts as needed.
Responsibilities
Project management of RFI and RFP processes to meet internal and external deadlines across multiple Pharmaceutical segment sales teams
Answering RFP questionnaires, including strategic writing and editing of content and working with subject matter experts as needed
Facilitate thorough review of GPO terms and conditions with subject matter experts, Contracting team, Legal team and other stakeholders
Lead development on complex GPO customer contracts and redlines
Help maintain and update Qvidian content library and relevant supplementary attachments
Accurately track workflow status and support data analytics of RFP processes / performance
Conducts post-submission analyses including proposal content review, library updates, win/loss analysis, etc.
Help maintain and update proposal-related policies and procedures documents
Share ideas for process and content improvements, including industry trends, best practices, new service offerings, new tools, etc.

Qualifications
BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred
4-8 years experience with proposal writing and/or RFP project management preferred
Experience with Qvidian and Salesforce preferred
Healthcare / pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
