Compensation and rank are commensurate with qualifications and experience. The University supplements major medical insurance. A 403b retirement plan is available for eligible employees to contribute pre-tax dollars with Belhaven University matching up to 8% of annual salary.

Belhaven University, a Christian university committed to the ministry of integrating faith and learning, is searching for the ideal candidate for a Business Administration professor with credentials in Health Care Administration who has a heart for students as well as a heart for Christ Jesus.
Responsibilities Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate Business and Health Care Administration students in classroom and online environments. In addition to Health care administration, the ability to teach Management, Supply Chain Management and other business/management graduate courses would be a plus. Additional responsibilities include coordinating outcomes assessment and providing program management oversight for all health administration programs within the School of Business.
Qualifications Doctorate of Health Administration required, or Doctorate in Business Administration with at least 18 graduate hours in Health Administration required. Executive experience in a health care setting is also required. Accreditation experience in health care or higher education is highly desired. The successful candidate must articulate a Christian worldview in one’s teaching and academic discipline and fully support the University Vision, Mission, and Statement of Faith.
