Position Summary:
The College of Business Administration at Central Michigan University is accepting applications for a tenure-track (open rank) position in Information Systems to commence in January 2024 or August 2024. Primary responsibilities include teaching graduate and undergraduate courses, both online and face-to-face, and conducting research in information systems.

Required Qualifications:

• A doctorate with a major or concentration in Information Systems, Computer Science, operations, or a related discipline (ABD will also be considered if it is clear the degree will be conferred by the time of appointment).
• Evidence of teaching effectiveness at the college/university level.
• An active research agenda with evidence of, or potential for, quality scholarly activity.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise and training in SAP/ERP, cybersecurity, project management, data analytics, and/or artificial intelligence (AI).
• Teaching and/or leadership experience in SAP/ERP, cybersecurity, project management, data analytics, and/or artificial intelligence (AI).
• Evidence of online teaching experience and high-quality, student-centered interaction.
