The primary purpose of the Print Document and Support Services Coordinator is to manage daily operations of the consolidated copy program, including iPrint, convenience copier program, and vending copier programs. The Print Document and Support Services Coordinator will interact with students, faculty, staff, campus department, and the public daily.
This position identifies specific user needs and locates appropriate programs in a service-based computerized print-for-pay program. This position manages and coordinates the convenience copier program, vendor relations, departmental reports, and data management of the student lab, academic department, and public printing. In coordinating this complex program, this position will use a variety of resources, computers, and software and ensure comprehensive communications and marketing to all different user groups.
This position also works with the Campus Vending Program by addressing customer queries regarding the beverages and edible products available in the vending machine and helping with any service issues. They coordinate with vending suppliers for replenishment of the machine stock. Keeping track of the products in the vending machine, sales records, and the revenue collected. Provide tech support with vendor and campus card system with vending machines.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalency and three years of skilled experience relating to area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Working knowledge of a variety of programming techniques and operating languages
Working knowledge of university academic, student and business affairs structures
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to analyze, interpret and apply policy and procedural guidelines and to resolve problems and questions
Skills in organizing and planning
