Position Description
Our team is expanding, and we are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow with us. We are looking for a candidate with a 'can-do' attitude who is ready to roll up their sleeves and learn about the organization effectiveness, organization design, change leadership, and culture in times of transformation arena. This role will give you the opportunity to learn by doing in an environment where you will be supported by a team that wants you to succeed. You will have the ability to both build and deliver training on our methodologies, approach, and tools in this space, and you will develop skills through shadow opportunities that will evolve into your own client projects. This position reports to a Senior Director, Org & Change and will collaborate with team members across the organization to learn and grow. Our ideal candidate is excited about and seeking experiences in organization design and change management methodologies and is energized by finding innovative ways to engage stakeholders and accelerate the realization of organizational benefits.
Key Responsibilities include:
Growing in the organization effectiveness and change leadership arena by learning and then supporting the methodology, tools, and training to build the skills and knowledge to perform org design, team effectiveness, and change leadership.
Maintain and update methodology best practices, templates, and workshops
Edits documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency referring to accepted editing standards
Enables and supports business leadership and practitioners in applying methodologies and tools based on a fundamental understanding of the principles of organization effectiveness and change leadership.
Leverages best practices based on "in practicum" experience and translates into learning solutions designed to elevate business leaders and practitioners in effective application of CoE tools.
Stewards a Community of Practice (CoP) comprised of practitioners designed to share best practices and innovative solutions, leveraging lessons learned and emerging trends in the practice of organization effectiveness and change leadership.
Designs, develops, implements, and evaluates learning solutions directed at developing employees in competencies such as team effectiveness, organizational design, and change leadership.
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to support and guide innovative online course design, development, and production
Develop course materials that support the stated learning objectives and outcomes
Utilize several instructional approaches (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led, and blended training)
May use needs assessment tools to determine effectiveness of proposed training programs
Stay current on research, practices, and trends in organization effectiveness and design (e.g., assessment, innovative development approaches, etc.) and change management (e.g., change interventions, listening strategies, etc.).
Build collaborative and trusting relationships with business leaders and HR partners.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in change management, organization effectiveness/design, project management or Human Resources.
Instructional Design Experience is a must
Bachelor's degree in HR, business management or related field.
Critical Skills
Consulting skills: able to tailor his/her communication style to work well with stakeholders at all levels in the organization; effective at influencing, facilitating, and problem solving; ability to focus on people and interactions, not just processes and tools.

Education
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field - study of organizational effectiveness and design and/or change leadership is a bonus.

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$86,600 - $144,400
