As a DevOps manager, you will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing support as needed in the transference of business requirements into technical solutions or in Release Management. You are expected to bring software engineering best practices and an engineering mindset to discussions on how infrastructure, security and Information Technology (IT) are approached and will provide support in issue resolutions.

What You'll Do
Provide guidance to the wider team
Facilitate agile project management
Be an active participant in guiding the product development/engineering team to solve technical issues
Manage Vendor management
Streamline support activities and drive efficiencies
Skills You'll Need
Experience with application development domain and Agile project management leading complex projects (mainly in Agile)
Knowledge of APIGee, Docker, Kubernetes, confluent Kakfa, Java, Aurora, Cassandra, Spring boot, microservices, Node.JS, CI/CD (DevOps), Service Mesh, Google Cloud Platform
Experience with Cloud-Native design patterns
Familiarity dealing with ambiguity and fast changing environments
Experience in dealing with cross functional teams
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at different organizational level with both technical and non-technical people
Experienced in managing relationships across multiple disciplines, cultures, and time zones
Extensive experience in IT in large corporate environments (i.e., specifically around controlled production environments)
Exposure working in Agile teams (Scrum / Kanban) and being able to work at scale in an Agile and distributed environment
Ability to work globally across multiple locations and work independently
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary, NC office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $95k to $140k. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
