The Impact: As the Senior Web Analytics Manager, your role will be pivotal in our ongoing digital transformation. Your hands-on expertise will drive website analytic migrations and the design and implementation of solutions in Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics across web and app platforms. Leading a dedicated team, you'll ensure our marketing analytics remains at the forefront of the industry. Your collaboration with senior figures and your technical insights will be key in integrating Enterprise and Divisional data, reinforcing our position as leaders in global marketing analytics.

Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor a team of web analysts, ensuring the delivery of top-tier website analytics that align with organizational goals.
Advanced Analytics: Oversee the extraction and in-depth analysis of traffic performance data from Google & Adobe Analytics, ensuring insights are actionable and impactful.
Migration Expertise: Direct and manage complex website analytics migrations, especially those involving intricate media and large data structures.
Integration Mastery: Provide strategic guidance on CRM implementations, leveraging platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Market to ensure seamless integration with web analytics.
End-to-End Oversight: Supervise the complete Web Analytics service spectrum, from technical specifications and implementation to reporting, in-depth analysis, and business strategy optimization.
Reporting Excellence: Design and implement advanced reporting methodologies, utilizing segments, calculated metrics, and dashboarding to provide comprehensive insights.
Senior Collaboration: Forge strong collaborative ties with the Senior Enterprise Marketing Data Engineer and other senior roles, ensuring strategies are synchronized and insights are shared for maximum impact.
What We're Looking For:
Seasoned Expertise: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in marketing analytics, data science, or a related field. This should include at least 5 years in a development role and a proven track record in web analytics.
Leadership Prowess: Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role, adept at guiding and mentoring a team of analysts and developers to achieve organizational goals.
Technical Mastery: Deep developer knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems. A strong command over Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Launch, SQL, JavaScript, and CSS is essential.
Operational Excellence: A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
Certifications: While a strong skill set and experience are paramount, certifications in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics will be seen as a testament to your expertise.
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $72,300.00 to $143,800.00. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
