Job Description: The Baylor Center for Developmental Disabilities invests in research, training, outreach, and clinical services that promotes the flourishing of people with disabilities, their families, and communities. The Center hosts a growing number of programs, clinics, projects, and events focused on supporting individuals with intellectual disability, autism, and an array of other developmental disabilities. Overview
We are seeking an Program Coordinator to help advance the mission of the Baylor Center for Developmental Disabilities by providing direct support to its leadership, affiliated faculty, and students. Our Center promotes the flourishing of individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and communities through compelling research, training, leadership, outreach, and clinical services. This person will provide administrative support to research and community outreach projects falling within the scope of the Center. Half of this role will focus on supporting the activities of a new interdisciplinary initiative focused on disability and faith. The other half will focus on supporting the activities of a growing portfolio of disability-related projects.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree, three years of relevant work experience, and an active Christian Faith are required;
Experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with standard desktop office applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software, preferably Microsoft Office.

Job Responsibilities
Manage inquiries and correspondence regarding the Center
Arrange and hosting online meetings (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
Assist with participant and partner recruitment
Maintain office and supply needs and submit work orders
Maintain accurate and confidential records of all Center programs and events
Secure reservations of classrooms and equipment for Center activities
Schedule visits and meetings (in-person and digital) between Center leaders and partners
Coordinate registration at Center events
Coordinate contracts for Center collaborators
Interface with students, faculty, collaborators, and visitors
Assist with financial payments including requisitions, payment requests, online supply orders
Contribute to weekly team meetings
Fulfill other tasks as assigned
Support planning, development and growth of University program
Coordinate internal and external communication to support program success.
Maintain record management system and information databases related to the program.
Create reports and other informational documents as needed.
