The Administrative Assistant will serve as the main customer contact and support staff member for two offices co-located in Summerfield 350- Student Support and Case Management and an Academic Success office. This employee will be responsible for opening and closing the suite of office and be the first to greet visitors and callers of the office.This employee will need to maintain a positive professional role as an ambassador for the two departments. The position necessitates courteousness, good judgement, and discretion. The ideal candidate will be able to function responsibly, act independently and be effective in time and project management. The employee reports to the Director of Student Support and Case Management.
