Position Summary: The laboratories of Dr. Jing Li and Lawrence Williams at Rutgers University are seeking highly motivated candidates for a postdoctoral position available immediately.The project concerns design, synthesis, crystal growth and characterization of highly conductive and crystalline inorganic-organic materials, including but not limited to metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) and metal-halide based hybrid semiconductors. Both inorganic and inorganic synthesis abilities are required.Minimum Education and Experience: Ph.D. in Inorganic or Inorganic/Organic Chemistry.· Highly self-motivated with strong hands-on skills· Excellent organizational and project management skills
