Trojan Event Services (TES) is the scheduling and booking office for student organizations, USC departments and outside organizations wanting to reserve event, meeting or recreational spaces on campus and the USC Village. TES oversees Bovard Auditorium, The Trojan Grand Ballroom, Ronald Tutor Campus Center Meeting Rooms, Tommy’s Place, Traditions, several outdoor locations, and multiple recreational sporting event locations.
