Description: The Facilities Manager (FM) will have overall accountability for the operations, as outlined here, of the assigned property and will operate the center in accordance with the Company's policies and standards. The FMs primary goals are to maintain the center in a manner that provides safe functional spaces, while reducing negative environmental impacts and improving profitability, property aesthetics, life safety, and customer satisfaction.
