Description: This position serves as an employment consultant for all matters associated with the recruitment, screening, and selection approval of SHRA and EHRA employees. A primary responsibility of this role will be to provide professional consultation and training on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices to campus managers engaged in the process of hiring employees in these classifications.
