The Health Information Management Senior Director will be responsible to direct, plan, and organize the staff and activities of the Health Information Management (HIM) department across the Health System. The role will oversee multidisciplinary operations and staff in support of the efficient operation of the HIM department. In addition, the Senior Director ensures compliance with federal and state laws as they relate to medical records and ensures that all hospital and departmental policies and procedures are in accordance with the requirements of CMS, JCAHO, HIPAA, Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and all other regulatory agencies across the Health System.Essential Duties:Provides leadership and direction for the HIM department, including overseei
