Who We Are: Sisters of St. Francis of Penance and Christian Charity based in Redwood City, CA are part of an international order of Franciscan sisters who embraced the charism of St. Francis through the traditional ministries in education and healthcare in the West Coast states of California, Washington, and Oregon and now in additional ministries. They have ministered to the people of numerous communities since 1900.
