Description

FOR USE BY IT AND HSIS ONLY: To conduct business requirements reviews, technical systems specifications and systems process analysis. To develop detailed selection evaluation criteria. To analyze and re-engineer business processes using industry standard tools and methods with understanding of the technical and business environments. To partner with business process experts to learn and understand problems with software. To develop innovative IT solutions for risky and demanding business situations. This position will commit to fostering an environment of heightened security following Information Technology Security Policies and participating in security training, such as Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), on an annual basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Primary contact for monitoring and resolving application support queue
b. Serve as a SharePoint subject matter expert for complex user support questions
c. Analyze feasibility and perform testing of new features as they become available
d. Assist in the development of Sharepoint/Office 365 training materials and documentation
e. Elicit and analyze business processes and requirements from technical and non-technical teams and convert business requirements into system functionality within the O365 framework. Leverage the Microsoft Office 365 platform to solve business problems, improve performance, cultivate collaboration, enhance productivity and increase communication. Develop, implement and support solutions that meet business needs using the Office 365 stack including Teams, SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, OneDrive, Forms, Groups, etc.
f. Make suggestions for potential implementation of additional functionalities or tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of overall appearance, performance, and organization of SharePoint sites
g. Revisit and review SharePoint site content to ensure business relevance
h. Serve as a liaison between vendors, business unit customers, and technical support
i. Working with multiple departments to translate customer needs into value-adding requests that aligned with business objectives and increased system efficiency

(Annual Salary: $63,875 - $103,800)

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Information Systems or a related field and four (4) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.

Preferred Skills:

a. Experienced with SharePoint administration

b. Experience with SharePoint development and administration using Out-of-The-Box features

c. Advanced skills with SharePoint, O365, and cloud solutions with a broad technology background.

d. Experience with development in PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Office 365 applications

e. Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Architecture

f. Able to work under time sensitive deadlines.

g. Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and prioritize technical issues

h. Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.

i. Experience developing and providing solutions to automate business processes

j. Experience in SharePoint migrations

k. General Knowledge of IT practices and procedures.

l. General Knowledge of SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell

m. General Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.

n. Proven analytical skills with information systems.

o. Self-motivated, work well independently as well as part of a team.

p. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

q. Project management skills.
