The Operations Process Manager supports and facilitates the work of an Operations Process Team (OPT) in developing and implementing standards, practices, and policies for Greystar US property management operations, regardless of product type, ownership, or geographic location. The Operations Process Manager attends and participates in OPT meetings to assist in defining standards, practices, and processes, and proposes strategies for driving implementation, adoption, and acceptance throughout US operations.
