The Project Management Analyst (PMA) position is part of the UCSF Real Estate Finance, Administration and Operations unit and is responsible for providing project support across the department. The PMA plays an integral part of the life cycle of projects by supporting the project team, providing oversight and coordination of tasks, contributing to project planning, preparing and maintaining documentation, reviewing contracts and financials, monitoring project activities, and analyzing the overall project.The PMA frequently interacts with the UCSF internal departments (such as the Finance Service Center - Capital Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Facilities, Budget Office, etc.) as well as consultants and contractors playing an important role in both internal and e
