Department OverviewThe Systems/Applications Analyst (SAA) is responsible for providing system support for the development, maintenance and enhancement of academic systems, including Ellucian Banner Student, AR, General and Financial Aid modules, Degree Works, ODS, and other departmental applications. Additional responsibilities include supporting applications through testing, problem reporting and analysis, and participation in systems implementation and upgrades. A significant focus of this position is to provide business analysis and requirements gathering on projects, conduct quality assurance testing, create functional specifications for the development team, and resolve production issues.
