Key Responsibilities:
Performs and/or assists in the installation, testing, and checkout of telecommunication equipment such as:
fiber optics systems,
networking- routers and switches, modems, ethernet
wideband microwave equipment, microwave voice and data, MiMo, towers,
supervisory control and data acquisition, RTUs,
load management, digital and analog equipment,
mobile radio systems, phone systems, telecommunication generators, batteries and chargers.
Develops and updates maintenance procedures along with maintaining equipment records.
Must be able to reside within 30 miles living radius or 45 mile driving distance from the reporting location. Relocation allowance available.
Qualifications:
A two year technical degree, diploma or certifications in telecommunications, networks, and/or wireless communication plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience and knowledge in telecommunications, networks, or wireless communications.
